Welcome, I'm Emily. I will be guiding you each week and as we come together to explore several themes. Picture a space where the natural ebb and flow of the seasons meets the peaceful ambiance of a sanctuary. This is "Harmony & Renewal."
In these 4 sessions, we're not just transitioning from Autumn to Winter; we're honoring the timeless significance of Samhain, celebrating nature's bounty and embracing the embrace of the new season. It’s a story of shedding the weight of emotional burdens, finding balance, and setting intentions that echo the cyclical rhythm of the year. Bring a journal and a pen, get yourself comfy so you can rest in visualisations. Grab your favourite oil, incense and a candle.
