Sacred Scent Star Healing is a deeply nurturing and restorative 1:1 healing experience that brings together the gentle flow of Reiki energy with the therapeutic qualities of pure DoTERRA essential oils. Honouring both Earth and Spirit — it weaves grounding and embodied presence with subtle energetic support to restore and balance on an emotional, physical, and energetic level. What happens in a session: Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to your needs on the day. Carefully selected essential oils are gently applied to the feet and along the back, supporting relaxation and helping the body soften and receive. As the oils are absorbed, Reiki is offered to encourage balance and flow within the energy system. Scent works directly with the limbic system — the part of the brain linked to emotion, memory, and regulation — helping to calm the mind, ease emotional holding, and bring a sense of reassurance and safety. Reiki then supports integration, harmony, and gentle realignment. Together, this combination can help: - soothe the nervous system - support emotional balance - clear and refresh the energy field - reconnect you with a sense of inner steadiness and presence Some people experience this work as deeply calming, others as clarifying or gently uplifting.
