Gather, Grow & Thrive is a relaxed four-workshop journey designed to help you explore simple, natural ways to support your everyday wellbeing.

Across four friendly and practical sessions, you will learn how to use your essential oils safely and confidently, create useful products to take home, and discover realistic ways to support yourself, your home and your family.

The programme is open to everyone and is available both in person in Collingham and online.

No previous experience with essential oils is needed.

What We’ll Explore in the Four Workshops

1. Essential Oils Foundations

Build confidence using your Family Essentials Kit and learn how essential oils can support you in everyday life.

We will explore:

Make & Take: Create your own Focus Roller Blend with Wild Orange essential oil.

2. Creating a Healthier Home

Discover simple, natural swaps for everyday cleaning and learn how to create a more toxin-conscious home.

We will explore:

Make & Take: Create a Multi-Purpose Cleaning Spray.

3. Women’s Health & Wellbeing

Explore practical ways to support women’s health through lifestyle, nutrition and essential oils.

We will consider:

Make & Take: Create a Personal Wellbeing Roller or an equivalent blend suited to your needs.

4. Emotional Wellbeing Tools

Learn simple techniques, natural solutions and daily self-care practices to support emotional balance and calm.

How it Works

Online participants will need their kit before the first workshop so that they can take part fully in the demonstrations and Make & Take activities.
