I hope this message finds you well. I am excited to invite you to a special Winter's Rest Sound Bath event that promises to be a nurturing and soothing evening of relaxation and self-care.
Date: Monday 4th December 2023 Time: 7-8.30pm Location: Hayley Jayne Beauty Retreat, Collingham. Arrive from 7pm to get comfortable...we will start about 7.10/7.15pm and finish by 8.30pm. There will be time to chat afterwards if you wish.
To make the most of this immersive experience, please remember to bring the following items with you:
Yoga Mat: A comfortable yoga mat will provide a soft foundation for you to lie down during the Sound Bath.
Blanket: Feel free to bring a cozy blanket to keep yourself warm and cozy throughout the session.
Cushion: A cushion will help you find the most comfortable position as you immerse yourself in the healing sounds.
