Soundbath at St Helen's Church, Thorney

I’m delighted to invite you to a Soundbath at St Helen’s Church, Thorney — a beautiful, open space that lends itself so naturally to sound and stillness.

You are welcome to arrive from 2.30pm to settle in and get comfortable.

Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow or even a garden recliner — whatever helps your body fully soften and relax.

We will begin the soundbath at 2.45pm.

You’ll then be gently immersed in 45–50 minutes of sound, using crystal bowls, along with gong and chimes. The tones and vibrations work through the body, helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and support your nervous system in dropping into a state of deep rest.

A soundbath isn’t something you need to do — simply lie back, receive, and allow the sound to wash over you.
