About the event
I warmly invite you to Rest & Reset, a gentle monthly sound bath held in my garden studio.
This is a space to slow down, step away from the demands of daily life, and simply allow yourself to rest.
We begin by settling comfortably before being guided into a deeply relaxing 45-minute sound bath using Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, gong and other gentle instruments. The sounds are designed to help quieten the mind, ease tension and encourage the body into a state of rest and restoration.
Afterwards, there is time to enjoy a cup of tea and gentle conversation before heading home.
This gathering is designed to support relaxation, presence and nervous system regulation in a calm, welcoming environment. There is no expectation to share — you are welcome to simply rest and receive.
