Monthly Thursday Soundbath

I'm delighted to invite you to a monthly one-hour sound bath held in my garden studio.

We settle into 45 minutes of immersive sound, followed by a few quiet moments to ground and enjoy a cup of tea before leaving. This is a simple, calming evening with minimal talking — ideal if you’re looking to relax, reset, and support your nervous system.

There are only six places keeping the group small so booking essential.

Blankets, cushions, and mats will be lovingly provided – all you need to bring is your presence and an open heart.
