About the event
I welcome you to an evening of ceremonial cacao and sound, held in my garden studio.
We begin with cacao and gentle intention-setting, allowing time to arrive and settle, before moving into a deeply restorative sound bath.
This gathering is designed to support relaxation, presence, and nervous-system regulation in a calm, held space. There is no expectation to share — you are welcome to rest and receive in your own way.
