Daytime Recharge

Take an hour out of your day to pause, breathe and recharge.

Daytime Recharge is a gentle monthly sound bath held in my garden studio, offering a peaceful space to step away from the busyness of life and reconnect with yourself.

We settle into a deeply restorative 45-minute sound bath using Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, gong and other soothing instruments. The sounds gently wash through the body, helping to quieten the mind, release tension and encourage deep relaxation. Afterwards, there is time to enjoy a cup of tea and gentle conversation before returning to the rest of your day feeling calmer, clearer and more grounded.

This gathering is designed to support rest, presence and nervous system regulation in a calm and welcoming environment. There is no expectation to share — you are welcome to simply relax and receive.
